MM Electrical & Shopfitting Contractors Ltd carried out some alteration and refurbishment works to a communal facility in Barlborough during March and April 2015. The facility contains a laundry room, small office and main kitchen and function room for residents. The works were priced competitively and the team who worked on the project ensured a quick yet good quality completion.

The communal facility is used by tenants of Bolsover District Council and the contractor dealt with any issues efficiently ensuring that any down time to laundry facilities were kept to a minimum. I was impressed by the flexibility shown by the contractor to meet our specific brief and the friendly nature of the staff involved in the project which was key when dealing with the tenants to ensure a smoothly run project.

Overall I was pleased that an impressive project was completed to our tenant’s and housing officer’s satisfaction, a good job well done.
